Attended site for drain blockage.
Once arrived onsite drains were free flowing.
However after a CCTV inspection of the drain we found a section of pipe from house IO to council shaft is ponding water. This is a Greater Western Water issue.
There is no inspection Shaft to surface in the rear yard, which means Greater Western Water wont attend to repair when this blocks, as this is there requirement.
Tenant advised toilets dont have a large flush. Each cistern is set to max flush.
Both showers had debris in the trap which we used drain acid and plunged clear.
Drains are free flowing normally.
The inspection shaft in the back yard can be installed for approx &1800 plus GST
