AGL 来换了一个smart meter，账单上每个月都有demand charge，以前重来没有看到过。
打电话给AGL，说这个是在meter上设置的，正常的很多人都有，agl 说如果要移除这个设置的话是可以的，但是rate 要上升到48C一度电，当前是15C
想问一下，大神们有没有意见？谢谢
