Upon inspection of the Main Shower area it was noted that:
- There is water leaking from the shower recess under the tiles and causing the carpet outside the bathroom to damp,
- There is a high moisture reading below the bathroom floor tiles, confirming water is trapped below the tiled surface,
- There is missing grout along the shower floor,
- It’s evident the sealants around the perimeters of the shower have broken down,
- There are grout lines with tile Spacers between the joints, these should have been removed by the
tiler pre grouting,
- The Inner water waste present with exposed screed, this untreated / unprotected screed could allow
water to track in under the tiled surface
We recommended a Megasealed shower rejuvenation service which includes the replacement of perimeter seals, floor and lower wall re-grout works to be completed. This includes Injecting Megabloc liquid membrane repair to the perimeter of the shower recess floor. For best results we recommend shower screen be removed and reinstated once works are completed.

找到漏点是关键，这样的假设不可靠。看平常不用水时墙上的瓷砖是否湿的，如果是换一下水开关的垫片试试，我家的都是这样就修好了。

按项目算价格大概不算贵，但没啥大用吧，治标不治本，前提还是找到的漏水点是准确的。只要找到准确渗漏点，简单补漏自己DIY几十刀也够用，找专业的只做regrout一般也就三五百。确定防水没坏，水仅仅是通过screed渗透出去的？
如果是防水问题，想根治只能是敲砖重做防水，现在的行情随便就可能上万。。

专业的公司。都会有检查报告。现在网友们就是分两派：一派认为这样修补花了钱没用。应该重做防水。另一派认为 这样修补。就解决了。

我家刚修完主卧浴室漏水，2500刀。
10年房龄，好在主卧浴室在车库上，没有影响到房内底层其他房间。打掉淋浴区域地面瓷砖，靠墙第一层瓷砖也打掉。铺上一层白色防水板，不懂学名如何说。重新刷了厚厚的灰色防水层，味道很大，过了几天干透后，再重新铺水泥沙铺瓷砖。然后两天后再再瓷砖上刷了一层透明防水涂层。
从整个过程来看，应该是给足料了。价钱参考楼主的报价，稍贵了一点，也算是行情价吧。贵一点儿不要紧，只要做工好就行。

首先，这个价格是合理的，不贵，但是也不便宜。其次，这么修理是可行的。 但是！必须要给至少12个月warranty。而且不能有那么多免责条款。

从这个描述来看，你这个钱算是白花了。$2500 大刀只做shower那么小的区域？ 他能保证除了shower之外，浴室其他地方不漏水吗？管道都ok吗？ 如果他能保证，那么要写在邮件里或者发票上。 其次，刷防水那么厚， 还要干好几天， 这个后期太容易裂开了，还不如不做。 另外铺一层白色的东西？重来没听过，建议你具体问一下白色的东西是什么。。。

按现在的情况，重新做grout渗水问题肯定是可以暂时解决，但细想一下，水渗透到tile adhesive和screed下之后已经不知道泡了多久，瓷砖估计已经不牢固了，这种情况下grout恐怕能坚持的时间有限。就算是防水坏了的，光用silicone补封都能撑个一两年。我的观点是想长久就大整，省钱就只做re grout但要作好出了warranty就出问题的思想准备。
非专业，仅仅是做过一点点DIY的个人分析，供参考。我掀过洪水渗漏过后水泥地面的地毯，在水里也就闷一星期，底下的screed就都是脆的了，铲子轻轻的就能铲掉一片一片的。。
