29% grade or about 16 degrees.
It's steep but not overly steep, i think any car or 4WD in high range will atleast be able to drive that in 1st gear with a trailer, so an EV should be able to drive it too.

If this towing is limited to your private property, then just keep any old unregistered and uninsured 4WD for the job and buy an EV without the towing requirement.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I know a mate's MG EV can't tow – they won't supply a towbar for it.
