Hard to say...Terra cotta pipe no doubt...the SWV pipes runs from the bath ..sink ..WC etc would connect to sewer pipe travelling over to the property boundary to the IO marked red which would be vertical access to the main sewer connection....
Sewer pipes cannot be more than about 4 degrees or they can block...so the main run from the building may not be very deep..
Do you have a blockage ..if so perhaps a plumbers snake would be best ....
