There are only 2 of us plus 2 dogs and it seems that the dust build up needs to be addressed like every 2 weeks.
Question is what dust collector/air purifier do we need if at all we do need?
Area is probably 100 sqm so quite large.
Possibly when the house was built the upper ceiling was nor cleaned properly but after 20 years?

Best to get the ducts cleaned professionally to get rid of dust rather than getting a dust purifier

Define dust
We are in a new build 2021 and i wouodnt say we get a lot of dust but however
Using a robot vac which is amazing and its baffles me to see how much it sucks from carpet every week of dust and fibres
We only have carpets in the bedrooms , the living spaces and kitchens is hybrid timber floors and again amazing how much fluff and stuff it sucks up from那些地板

People just walking in & out of the house also bring a lot of dust in from the outdoors, immaterial how well you might thing you have wiped your feet.

Also if it's a newish development area where road works and construction is still occurring within a few km's of your house that will also be a major contributor to dust infiltrating your home.
We had curb & channel, roads remade in our area 18 months ago and the dust was unbearable during construction, much of it has abated now but it still hasn't returned to pre road re-construction levels.
