位于Woolloomooloo的这个排屋，被街头艺术画覆盖，7年之内两次转手， 表明它是一个方便实用的赚钱机器。
这套排屋有四个卧室，位于Cathedral Street。昨天拍卖时，卖出了 161万澳元的价格， 比买家在2015年购入时高了 36万澳元。
根据CoreLogic 销售记录显示， 这个价钱比2012年84.5万澳元的价格几乎翻了一倍。
这个房子的面积是 146平米，大约建于1890年，分为 商用和民用区。

有5名热心的买家在拍卖时做了登记，可是仅有3人出价。主持拍卖的代理来自Ray White-Surry Hills，名字是James Natoli。

1990年这所房子的售价是 22万澳元，现在161万澳元的销售价， 增值了几乎7倍！
相比之下， 悉尼house平均价格比29年前增值了大约4倍半。悉尼市房子的中位价目前是 90万澳元。而在1990年的时候，是 19.4 万澳元。
Woolloomooloo 的这个房子是昨天悉尼758个拍卖房子中的其中一个。
上周期间还有100多个房子拍卖，数量比前一周略有下降，比去年这个时候也有下降。去年这时候有 1000多个房子拍卖。
预计到年末拍卖量还有继续下跌，预测12月7号是今年最后一次拍卖日，有500多个房子参加拍卖。

It may not look like much on the outside but an inner Sydney home adorned with street art has proved one of the best income generators in the city after getting a whopper price at auction.
A Woolloomooloo terrace covered in street art has proved a handy income generator after exchanging for a motza for the second time in seven years.
The four-bedroom terrace on Cathedral St sold under the hammer yesterday for $1.61 million – $360,000 above the price the sellers paid in 2015. It was also nearly double the 2012 price of $845,000, CoreLogic sales records showed.
The home on a 146sqm block was built circa 1890 and came with mixed commercial and residential zoning.
Two of the bedrooms have ensuites and parts of the interior were renovated. There was also coveted rear lane access.
Five keen buyers registered for the auction with selling agent James Natoli of Ray White-Surry Hills, but only three submitted offers.
The home was used as an investment property prior to selling and was last leased out for $1500 per week, according to Ray White.
The $1.61 million sales price for the house represented a nearly seven fold increase in value since 1990, when the home sold for $220,000.
By contrast, the average Sydney house has increased in value by about four and half times what it was 29 years ago. The city median price is currently $900,000. It was $194,000 in 1990.
The Woolloomooloo house was one of 758 Sydney homes to go under the hammer yesterday.
There were a further 100 auctions held across the week – a slight drop in volume from the week before and a drop from the same weekend last year when more than 1000 homes went under the hammer.
Auction volumes are expected to continue dropping for the rest of the year, with December 7 forecast to be the last day of the year with more than 500 sales.
