这里是一个注册商标专业里的用法。注册商标，一般用词句，或图标。但也可以是某声音（动静），或特殊香味。比如我若想注册一个钢镚儿掉地上的声音，我必须用一段文字来描述这个声音，比如说：A sound produced by dropping a coin to the concrete floor.这段描述就是这里说的Endorsement for the Trade Marks.
这个词具体怎么翻，估计得看看这方面专业的翻译，也许“品牌要素背书”？

3楼的是正解。可以理解为“商标证书注解”（意译）。
1楼的文字是从商标注册证书上摘的吧。你要是有那个证书的全本的话，你会看到有“the trade mark is registered for the following goods and/or services: ..... class XXXX ..... class XXX”字样，这就是那个endorsement啦。就是说你的商标只限于这几个class。
4楼是可能查了ip australia的网站才发言的吧。www.ipaustralia.gov.au/get-the-r ... -mark-faqs-listing/ 但是可惜4楼没有理解IP Australia的意思（no offence intended，纯学术讨论）。其实它的意思是说，你注册的商标仅限于你注册的几个class，所以endorsement是一个condition of registration。它并非是4楼说的“有时候是”，而是“一直是”你的condition。超出你所注册的class范围，你的权利是不受保护的。只就是所谓的condition（条件限制）。

呵呵，这里endorsement的意思是我从学习和工作中了解到的
其实这位同学对endorsement的理解并不完全
trade mark registration里面的endorsement还是有不同种类的，可以是endorsement describing the trade mark itself, such as translation of a non-English word mark, 比如红双喜： http://pericles.ipaustralia.gov. ... =2&p_rec_all=12
也可能是endorsement about the use of the trade mark
还有可能是一些trade marks contain 一些常用的descriptive word，所以endorsement 指出the registration of this trade mark does not give exclusive right to the use of this particular word，比如这个 http://pericles.ipaustralia.gov. ... 1&p_rec_all=342
还有的比如两个identical trade marks registered for the same class of goods，因为historical use or other reasons，所以两个trade marks可以共存，endorsement就是指出这是个co-existence
我觉得并不完全都算是condition of registration
而注册的class是在class那一栏显示，并且并不只是指class number，而是class中的那些goods or services，可能是all goods and services under one or more classes， 也可能是particular goods or services in one or more classes.
如果我没记错，lz问的这句话是trade mark certificate上面的，因为不知道是关于哪个trade mark，没有看到后面的endorsement，所以不能判断，所以我说类似于备注，有时指condition of registration
