今天看了一个房子，从中介拿了Contract of Sale，里面附了一个Victoria Legal Aid在2009年发的Caveat，如下：
"The caveator claims the estate or interest specified in the land described on the grounds set out and forbids the registration of any person as proprietor of and any instrument affecting the estate or interest to the extent specified."
有大神可以指点一下吗？这个Caveat是什么意思？非常感谢

房主签了钱 然后债主放了一个caveat 就是他不通过债主同意不能卖
我看过有人body corp拖久了 被放个caveat

caveat 是在land title下的，律师可以查得到。一般caveat就是房主找人借钱，用房子做了抵押。
