悉尼的投资房,房龄大约5年,中介发信说马桶漏了,详情如下,请问是strata付钱还是我要付,building manager说是房东责任,我觉得这种漏水不都是strata包修的吗? 谁有类似经验?中介真是只拿钱不办事,漏了一个周才联系我,回头一定要换掉.

and we believe that the pan collar rubber
seal to be leaking,We must remove the built
in toilet cistern suite to gain access, replace
the pan collar rubber seal, once we have
removed toilet suite there is always a
possibility of a secondary leak within the
toilet suite if any extra rectification works is
required we will notify property manager on
site, this process will cost $490+GST,
please let me know if you would like me to
proceed.

楼层之前是common property的部分，一般也就是strata issue
但有些楼搞了个exclusively use bylaw，common property里但只有一户独用，也要那户自己负责修
