One of my friends owns a shop but he would like to rent it out as a restaurant. The shop is on the opposite of a theatre. Very good location in Newtown.
The size of the shop is more than 50sqm. Don't know exactly because he just mentioned the shop was big enough to be a decent restaurant. Rental 650/week (GST excluded)
If anyone is interested in renting the whole building (2 levels) the total rental is 1100/week.
To those who have restaurant experience and want to run a new business this is a very good oppotunity.

It's good for people wanting to own a restaurant but can't afford to pay 200,000 or more to buy a business because you don't have to pay anything except rental

Do you have a permit for change of use yet?

Not yet. If anyone is interested in doing that, the vendor can arrange that. Some restaurants have already been open in this street so DA approval is out of problem
