Tax offset中的Private Health Insurance弄得我迷糊了，我是457，雇主付的保险。MBF的到31/7/2008为止，之后是HBA对今年报税应该没什么影响了。

If you have statements from all of the health insurers you paid premiums to and the amounts at G on your statements are ‘0’, you have already received your full entitlement.
不是很明白，有同事拿到rebate，但是我和他们不同，我没有。打了N个电话问MBF要tax statement，到现在也没有收到，都3个月了。我现在不知道怎么填写这个问题。我是没有收到他们的rebate，难道是还给雇主的？
我是选yes？选NO的话要我输入数据，我无语...

457签证是不能REBATE的,保险公司也不给STATEMENT.这个是规定.:)

不填写,因为没有STATMENT就是没有任何凭证的说
