really? I remember it's salary > $450 per month. So even if you work less than 20 hours per week, you can still reach that threhold and need to pay super for your employee.

It does not matter how many hours worked. SG depends on the Ordinary Time Earning of your employee. If the OTE <$450 per month or the employee age>75 or <18, no SG requirement.
