Last year, I made redundancy, they gave me 4 weeks payment because of that. I worked in there 7 months, just enquire if the 4 weeks payment is suitable for redundancy panyment with tax free the first $7300? please urgently let me know, thanks

如果你拿的是Cash，不是roll over 到什么super，你应该拿到一个Eligible termination payment summary，里面会有一部分叫做‘Asessable Amount'这一部分是要在报税的时候填入作为你的Assessable income的一部分，其他的部分应该属于tax free.如果你遗失了这个eligible termination payment summary,应该像以前公司的Pay Roll要求再发一份给你。回答完毕。
