找了份SUB-CONTRACTER的活，付的工钱里是包GST的，但是刚发现自己的ABN 没有开通GST，哪位懂行的同学给解释下含GST是什么意思，目前我的ABN的情况应该怎么办？是去开通GST？怎样开通？谢谢！

收入过7.5万，一定要报gst。低于这个数字，可报可不报，自愿。
要开通，找会计师或者联系税局。ato.gov.au也可以online 申请。

既然一年收入不到7.5W，就别注册GST了，到时候开invoice给contractor（只能写invoice，不能写tax invoice)，就按包GST的价格请款，写一个total amount即可
怕你不懂我写的意思，看着以下的说明，去newsagency买一本invoice book：
The Invoice must display the following criteria:-
(1) Legal Name or Trading Name of the vendor (this name should match the detail on the ABR website
www.abr.business.gov.au - should also show that the entity is NOT GST registered); and
(2) The business &/or postal address of the vendor; and
(3) The ABN of the vendor (if the business is sold or restructured the ABN will change); and
(4) The word Invoice (not Tax Invoice as this implies that the entity is GST registered); and
(5) No GST should be shown (it is illegal to collect GST if the entity is not registered for GST).

谢谢楼上两位了，我看了下以前写的Tax Invoice，都没提到GST，只显示金额，是不是这样就可以了？

这一条最关键！
1） 你如果只有ABN，没有注册GST，你是没有权利收取GST的。
2）发票上只能写invoice，不能写tax invoice。之所以这样，是你的老板不能去税局申报抵GST。
3）所以一定要让你老板写清楚，给你的钱没有GST（因为你没有权利收取）。否则会让他钻空子去税局申报抵GST。将来税局查的时候，会说你非法收取GST，让你背黑锅！
