報了稅是否一定要交SUPER
LG 一個WEEK 有300 刀收入..
剛看了08 .09.10.11 年的SUPER ACCOUNT STATEMENT ..是[$0] CONTRIBUTION 的..
EMPLOYER 可以這樣的 ??

According to law, employer has to pay super if the gross pay is higher than $450 per month. however employer pay super either monthly or quarterly. Also super fund sometimes takes a few week to a month to allocate to individual account. Depend on how long your LG has worked for the company, if it's less than a quarter, nothing showed on super account statement is reasonable.
Also another way to check if the employer pay the super or not, you can see the payslip, it should clearly show there if the employer paid super to employee

4年都有報稅但為什麼AUNT 可以不交SUPER ..不會查到的嗎?

走TFN的话，ATO会帮你追回来的
ABN的话，要么自已交，要么告诉ATO，让ATO问你老板要，如果你们是雇佣关系的话，即使用ABN

如果我自己给我自己发工资，我不给我自己上super。当然我也不会到ato告我自己。这样的行为，有人找麻烦吗？

你可以不给自己买如果你是雇主的话， 但你要给你的员工买，除非你给的cash。
还有如果你们是partnership的关系也不用买。
