第一次用etax，请问大家spouse's CRN是什么？

Don't worry about it. A lot of married couple did not fill it in (I'd like to say it is better not to fill in this number. You won't receive any penalty if you don't fill it up).
Spouse's CRN = Centrelink's Customer Reference Number.
The following sentence came from ATO website:
Your spouse has given you authority to quote their customer reference number (CRN) on your tax return (if your spouse does not know their CRN, they can contact the FAO).
