请教一下坛里的各路高人：小弟目前经营零售店有一两年了，也请了些CASUAL员工，我是通过银行转账定期发工资给他们。根据ATO的规定，每个员工都要让他们填TAX DECLARATION FORM然后寄给ATO，即便他们的月工资还不到440是吧？我由于疏忽也没有帮他们交表格，不知道现在有没有办法补救的？ ATO接受补交吗？先行谢过拉~

让员工补交就可以了.
如果员工工资有PAYG的,以往的business activity statement上pay withheld tax 那一栏要做调整，这就意味着你在申报GST的时候要多交钱。

如果员工有PAYG而没有及时Lodge PATG Withholding Payment Summary Annual Report，可能就会面临警告或罚款了.

The PAYG Payment summary is not the same as the TFN declaration.
As long as the employer pays the PAYG W on time there is no problem. Even if there is a penalty we can always put in an request to have it remitted.

It is always good to be on time but many employers put these things till the last minute.

谢谢大家的回复，我之前是有帮员工payg withheld, 就是忘了帮他们交表格了。。那我就只需要把他们当时填的表格寄给ato就可以了是吗？需要附封信说明一下吗？还有我还想知道一下那ato是怎么知道我给每个员工withhold了多少税？
