有朋友想进口一些烟花到澳洲卖，不知道哪里可以找到进出口的要求条款啊？有哪些报关公司可以做这个服务？租用的仓库是不是有特殊要求？多谢！

你直接在中国查就可以了，很多国家不给进口的。澳洲不清楚，但澳洲自己产的很有名。浏阳我去参观过，从生产，到运输，到储存都要有特殊证书的。

Can I import fireworks?
There are no Customs regulations relating to the importation of fireworks.
Each State or Territory has its own legislation governing the regulation of explosives including fireworks.
The relevant State or Territory law must be complied with and Licence or Permit to use or possess fireworks in that State or Territory must be obtained. A State or Territory Licence or Permit must be obtained before approval will be granted to import fireworks.
A Permit is required from the relevant State or Territory that the fireworks are being imported into as well as the State or Territory they are ultimately destined for (if the two are different).
