请教大侠:
我在10月22日上网注册business name: austar，缴费80澳元，管3年，那时注册也申请了sole trade ABN，并把business名字放在sole trade的ABN名下。
后来我从ASIC申请了公司，这公司名字是我之前注册: Austar,并取得公司执照(certificate)。同时申请了公司的ABN.
我可以一直这样操作吗?我只使用公司的体系
公司名字Austar在sole trade, individual下。
只使用公司的体系，如GST, company
ACN。
如果把公司名字从sole trade transfer转给公司pty ltd,我会散失注册费80澳元，并要重新缴纳80澳元，官网好像这样说的，对吗?

It is not compulsory for you to transfer your business name,
but currently it is under your sole trader ABN, not your company ABN.
that means if you invoice your customers through your company, you should not use business name, but use your company name.
"Transferring a business name
There is no fee when you transfer a business name. However, the person buying/receiving the business name needs to pay a fee when they register the business under their details. The fee is $34 for one year and $80 for three years."
transfer business name is actually cancel existing business name (no fee), then transfer the business name under your company (fee 34 for one year, 80 for three years).
