年级大了才移民来澳洲， 我的 SUPER 才16万元左右， 今年收到ATO 发的excess concessional (before tax) super contributions 信。
信里写了2个选项， 如果我的SUPER 总共16万澳币左右，50多岁，打算60岁不工作。
选项1还是选项2 交的总税TAX相对少呀？
请问选项1是怎么计算呀， 什么情况要交47% 的税呀？
请问选项 1 中文什么意思呀？
Choose one of the following options for your excess concessional contributions：
Option 1 – Do nothing and leave the excess in your super fund(s)
The excess concessional contribution amount will count towards your non-concessional
contributions, which also has an annual cap.
Your non-concessional contributions cap for a financial year will be nil
if you have a total superannuation balance (TSB) of $1,900,000 or more on 30 June of the previous financial year.
If you have a TSB of $1,900,000 or more and you do nothing and leave your excess
concessional contributions in your super fund,
all of your excess amount will be treated as excess non-concessional contributions and you will:
need to release your excess non-concessional contributions amount and have the
associated earnings included in your assessable income,
be taxed at 47% on your excess non-concessional contributions.

from us.

Option 2 – Release the excess from your super fund(s)
Release up to $12,000 from your super fund(s) (your excess less 15% tax paid by the
fund). Any amount you release will be increased by the 15% tax paid by the fund and will no
longer count towards your non-concessional (after tax) contributions.

你自己拿现金交的话，那就留在non concessional好了，如果不缺这个钱花。

楼主是最近才工作的？concessional cap 可以结转五年。

信息给的不充分，但是选1或者2的结果在现阶段tax的计算上是一样的.

感觉楼主有些情况没说出来。只有5万super应该有前五年加起来十几万concessional额度不可能超。

super超过190万才会有47%这件事。
