上个星期 30 huntington park drive, 也是greenhithe,就附近的一条街，上市3天就preauction offer 99万，后来拍卖的99.1万。。整个房子才上市7天就卖出了。。。
我还觉得贵了。。为什么这么着急。。现在看起来这个4房一个study，200多一点的房子都要96。5万了。。。那个可是5房快300的平方米啊。。。99.1万真便宜

this area seems to catch up in the last few months... $80 - $100k increase easily

如果不信就当我乱说， 我觉得保守估计一直会涨到7月，一般估计至少涨到年底。。。
