新西兰求助大神，加建sleepout，政府征收的费用
在新西兰
朋友在highland park一套房子要加建sleepout
申请递上去了，政府回复说Total contributions 要 $8727 +GST
有几个朋友说一般加建sleepout只要2000多的， 我们不明白为什么这次要这么多，请大神指教，不胜感激
PS： 另外请问各位大神，sleepout可以加厨房吗？谢谢

你朋友說的可能只是consent申請費 Development Contribution 那是基建貢獻費 是按照地價來計算的 住宅區來說對新住宅單位才收 是不一樣的東西
