这个没有保险的AS IS WHERE IS 破房,卖了$1.205m, 屋主是2023年6月$92.6万买入,2年不到赚了27.9万。

中介奶奶说,10组BIDDERS里面一半都是FIRST HOME BUYERS,1-2个开发商,中年组家庭3个。PRE AUCTION OFFER直接被中介奶奶的直觉就果断拒绝,不准屋主接,屋主当时还对中介很生气。拍卖后直接傻了,傻了,傻了,痛哭流涕,给中介道歉。

基督城有点像阿德莱德,珀斯,布里斯班。。。人口转移过去,包括房屋承受力,很多季节性工作,旅游业不能说如火如荼,也是在复苏阶段。。。奥克兰目前更像墨尔本,阴跌好几年,一直阴跌。。。最近澳洲也全面涨不动了。。。

Residential Heritage Area
This Qualifying Matter protects areas where buildings and features have collective heritage values as distinctive and significant residential environments. Development is restricted within these areas in line with Plan Change 13/14 controls, which are found in Chapter 9.3 and also in Chapter 14.5.3.
