I installed all the windows about two years ago. I think all the shutter are tailored made in CHINA's factory and transport here so normally you need to wait 8 weeks after the measurement.
The price is also goes up . The current minimum price is $280, so LZ's price is quite ok.
About the advantages, it looks beautiful, makes your room look GAO DA SHANG. Also, very good protection on privacy and easy to open and close. But it's not water proof so need to be careful in wet weather and when cleaning.

280已经很便宜了， 很多家是xx/平米， 不足1平算一平， 超过按照实际算， 挺流氓的一个做法。 建议pvc带铝合金的比较结实。 我本来也想在厕所，厨房，洗衣房做这个东西，算下来过2000了， 觉得钱没花在刀刃上， 就作罢了。

Two things
1. The person who measure for you must be professional as the size has to be very accurate
2. You still have to pay the installation unless you can do that by yourself.
3. Also the cost of manufacture in China and transport.
Can it be much cheaper than $280-$290 per square metre?
