群里有听说pivot construction 这个builder吗，不知道怎么样？这家说两天合同就能完成。相比metricon还是很快的
metricon sales 跟我讲order 合同要6周，合同后再等六周才能开工。
有找metricon 建房的网友吗，一般从付完deposit 到建房要等到久，开始建会不会延期？ 谢谢大家

Pivot is the custom builder. I think the price may more expensive than Metricon. you can try someone else if you in Melbourne. visit the display centre in Keysbou or berwick.
