section 45从没过看到论坛里有人提到过， section 45 transfer of land act 1958是干嘛用的
里面有这么一句话“the transferor at the direction of the directing party (if any) transfers to the transferee the estate and interest specified in the land described for the consideration expressed and subject to the encumbrances affecting the land including any created by dealings lodged for registration before the lodging of this transfer” 什么意思呀
还有个表格是 “duties form 1 goods statement for residential land”
表格上面说purpose of this form 是 to assist the SRO in determining the duty payable on the sale of residential land, including vacant residential land, or land use entitlements where all goods are included in the contract price
请问我填写，签字这俩个表格对我作为卖家有影响么，有没有额外需要注意的地方，谢谢
