Sydney Water‘s sewer main which runs across the rear boundary of the land。
You cannot build anything over the sewer main unless obtained the prior approval from Sydney Water.
There is a note on the Connection Diagram indicates that Sydney Water was unable to obtain some documentation from the plumber and therefore the sewerage diagram may not comply with Sydney Water’s requirement.
If you want to remove this caution note, you need to find a licensed plumber to inspect the sewer and submit the required document to Sydney Water.
