澳洲200万澳币最好在布里斯班哪个区买房?求建议?
在澳大利亚 朋友在point cook 買的land house package,房子造好住進去,是Torret title的,但是收到通知要付owners cooperation fee,跑来问我情况,据我所知house是不需要付这些费用的,不过也不敢乱回答,上来 坐标墨尔本,去年买了一个房子,带室外泳池,大约50000L,6年新,原有太阳能加热在屋顶的橡皮管总是有漏水隐患,加上运行费用也不低,所以准备近期把屋顶加热部分拆除、换成电加

200万在墨尔本就是普通区的好一点的房子或者稍微中产点的区的一半房子。
