发现家里house后院靠近房子的一侧土地有些下沉，请了plumber过来用了camera发现storm water drain有两处漏了冲走了泥土所以下沉，建议换新管子，并且还有发现一些其他的问题比如gutter需要清理，有一处屋顶下来的downpipe太老太细需要upsize等等，inspection就花了三百多，现在給了个quote要fix这些问题 $4800再加上gst也就是总共要出$5200 . 请足友们忙帮看看这价格合理吗？坐标墨尔本东区。

Attend to property - 2 plumbers required
Clean all gutters on property using safety harnesses, ensure all downpipes are clear
Upsize 50mm downpipe to correct sizing with 90mm pvc off small roof on rear right hand
side into existing drain
Install access opening
Remove section of paving over affected area
Dig down and cut out broken section of stormwater drains
Replace with new section
Dig down and install 450mm pit in low spot of paving to catch ground water, discharge into
existing stormwater
Refit paving as best we can
Cut in 90mm access opening into water tank outlet
Run high pressure jet through drains and ensure clear and flowing
Clean work area and remove all rubbish

既然地面已经下陷，这个inspector居然只字不提对其进行加固处理，而只提到水管的问题。
水管当然需要整改，但是受其影响的土壤如果经过长期水流侵蚀浸泡造成了流失的话，必须挖出软土并回填级配砂石，并压实，然后再做管道。
