Sorry, no this is not correct, an offer needs to be made first then contact made with the lawyer/s :)
I have always discussed the contract with my lawyer BEFORE making an offer, or at the very least, on the advice of my lawyer, made my offer subject to satisfactory审查合同。它是购买者(例如依靠财务和害虫检查)要求的标准条件之一。
