So I have a living room with 2 doors, one as main entrance and one on the side , if I want to brick in and enclose the side one do I need council approval or can I just do it .
I know council won't find out but it's more legally and as per plans question

Generally, for internal, council does not worry unless you are making changes to load bearing walls.
