Just shy of 100 2015 Volkswagen Polo models have been recalled locally due to a fault with the light cars’ front seats.
Affecting 96 examples of the freshly updated Volkswagen Polo, the recall relates to the backrest frames used in the front seats.
According to the official recall notice on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) product safety recalls website, some vehicles may have been fitted with backrest frames with incorrect welding.
