这两个都是坡顶，gutter 在底的那头，外挂，这种只要四边都能盖着不是山墙都不算high risk，按照细节做不需要特殊养护，有eaves比较好但现在都约建越紧张没空间给eave了. 这两个房子不会建internal gutter, 太贵太难维护没必要，而且internalgutter结构空间更多，四边一样高有围墙的才做internal gutter 默认高危。

不是太懂这个，之前是容易堵难维修更换非常麻烦非常贵，现在据说新的internal gutter更换比较容易了。

相对来说风险低，比较好维护跟换，还有做起来比较标准不需要太大的技术等级。

就像楼上 网友的解释，感觉 这个大概率不是 internal gutter。 Internal gutter 成本高， 风险高， 维护高费用。 一般不得不用时候 才会用到。 这种 成本第一考量的 房子不会用吧？

目测明显就是单坡，雨水在后方排岀去的。楼主可能的话去后面看一眼就明白了；
不太可能是内排，内排要有女儿墙parapets, 造价贵，且高风险，

您指的应该是plaster 年代的漏水原因之一，但是不是主要的，大多是90中到2005年代的事情。
目前市场上的新建设计很多是没屋檐的
一是外观现代
二是阳光角对地块面积的影响，没多少空间做屋檐，
三是现在的外墙材料对于雨水来讲，有时还起到了清洗作用。
缺点：对于通风设计较差的房间夏天可能会过热，可以加装百页。
