If you are at your TBC, and so have a zero NCC cap, then you can just withdraw the excess CC's that are converted to NCCs retroactively.
So the end result will be the same as if they were put in as NCCs in the first place – assuming you were going to max your CCs in any case (and I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't want to)。

Yes this is correct from an income tax perspective but the classification of the excess concessional contributions does not change in the super fund
If that is important then, for a little more administrative hassle, you can withdraw the excess CC (an option that exists regardless of your NCC cap然后tsb),然后重新构造为NCC
